What Does Our Generator Power Club Include
General terms and conditions:
- Customers are responsible for any diagnostic fee, parts, or labor not covered by their Generac warranty.
- This contract will run continuously until canceled by the customer.
- Cancellation policy; If canceled within the first 12 months, the customer is responsible for paying any remaining balance owed for the remaining time of the contract.
- By signing this invoice you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined above of this maintenance contract established by CMC Electric.
What All is Included in the Guardian Package?
The Guardian Package is an annual Generator Maintenance membership.
Your Guardian Package Membership Will Receive the Following:
- 1 visit to perform your annual maintenance to service your unit as well as overall inspection of unit function (total of 1 visit per year)
All Guardian package Annual Maintenance Visits Will Include the Following:
- Test operation of the transfer switch: voltage, load transfer, hertz, properly tighten all terminals
- Test operation of the generator: voltage, load response, hertz, properly tighten terminals
- Verify proper battery output, tighten terminals, apply anti-corrosion agent
- Inspect engine, controls, alternator and all connections
- Change air filter and spark plugs
- Completely change oil ONCE per year
- Overall inspection of site including the fuel system at the generator location
- Complete cleaning and wipe down of the Generator
Guardian Level Discount:
- 5% off repairs of Generator (does not include discount of Dispatch Fee)

The Champion Package is an annual Generator Maintenance package.
Your Champion Package Membership Will Receive the Following:
- Generac Fleet subscription included (remote monitoring)
- 1 visit to perform your annual maintenance to service your unit
- 1 visit to perform an overall general inspection of your unit to identify any possible issues that need to be addressed
All Champion Package Annual Maintenance Visits Will Include the Following:
First Trip Services Performed – Annual Maintenance
- Test operation of the transfer switch: voltage, load transfer, hertz, properly tighten all terminals
